Dior workshop

After the Clarins Workshop, here we are,

DIOR WORKSHOP

(hahaha)

Venue: Personal Shopper Parkson, Pavilion

So exciting, coz it’s the 1st time I tried Dior products.

Actually I got some Dior samples b4, but I gave it to my mum, so….

This Dior workshop was focusing their SKIN-BOOSTING SUPER SERUM,

Capture Totale One Essential Serum!

It can eliminate toxins deep-down to achieve a dual anti-ageing performance: It actively RENEWS and REPAIRS your skin, it BOOSTS and prolongs the effectiveness of your skincare ritual.

This is a hand-on workshop, this is wat in front of us^^

While we put on the mask, the instructor teaches us about some simple head massage, for release stress. And the lady who in charge of our table kept told us to relax while doing a mask, and she was so nice and helped us to do head massage.

But we kept talking and another reason is there are 2 aunties sat with us, but they refused to remove their make up, they are so free and boring, so they kept chatting with us…haha

Then, the Marie France gal telling about body detox.

After tried everything on, the workshop ended. Then we go to Dior counter to get our door gift and also got chance to try their make up!

Since I working at Benefit cosmetic counter now, and I owaz saw the Dior BA with pretty eye shadow. So wanna try ^^

Clarins White Plus HP Sea Lily workshop

This Clarins workshop was organized by Beaute, actually I just online register as Beaute member for few days only. Then I get this invitation, so NICE~~ haha

 

The arrangement for this event was nice, the lady who called for reminding was nice and polite, the refreshment was slightly different with other workshops, and the flow of the workshop was dfferent with the Clarins workshop I joined last time.

When we register at registration, we can get free magazines, and I had chosen the Beaute magazine.

Then, a lady bring us to our seats.

For the refreshment, we can enjoy the salad bar, which it’s a bit England style, got:

Everyone was served with a glass of fresh fruit juice and a plate of spaghetti.

(Suddenly felt tat tis is a Food blog dy = =|| haha)

Then, the workshop start^^

The same instructor, Michelle

She explaining how the sea lily and this new whitening range works for our skin,

then let us tries the serum texture.

Next continued with Indra Balaratnam, she’s telling about healthy food,

and let us do our healthy sneak by ourselves (with the food above),

and let us realized that it’s really fast n easy to make a healthy sneak,

and another important point is…those food was just around us only!
Such as oat, bread, biscuit, fruit, vegetable, tuna…….

I like tis session^^

normally workshop just telling about their products and this 1 was telling about healthy and food^^

And before this session end, the 'tutor' teach us to make carbonate fruit juice too!

And b4 we leave, we got our door gift too!!!

ME in the Laneige 'Power for 4' Workshop

After I went to this workshop, I found out that….

* For all or mostly skincare product, water or aqua will be the very main ingredient!

Water/aqua takes 70% in a skincare product.

That’s why mostly brand they are using the great water which they research and found from other countries.

Examples:

Shu Uemura – deepsea water

Laneige – Himalaya Water

Avene - Thermal Water

* For Laneige product,

- They got 2 types for different types of skin:

Oily skin will get the gel type refiner and moisturizer which light a bit.

Dry/ normal skin will get the refiner or moisturizer which creamy or rich a bit.

-          Refiner = lotion or toner we use.

-          Emulsion used for balancing and optimized moisture care.

-          Essence = serum or concentration we using, protect our skin.

-          Cream = moisturizer, lock in moisture.

* Laneige workshop so sweet, they ready the power point prints out, pencil and file for every attendant. It’s easier if /when we wanna do some notes.

Attended the Laneige’s ‘Power for 4’ workshop,

This ‘Power for 4’ means:

Their 4 skincare steps and the 4 basic make up steps (we gonna try this today)

It helps a lot and easier for me to memorize abt wat speaker had told.

Everything was ready.

Nice speaker, Penny was have very good smile and answered everyone’s question very well.

She teaches abt how to differentiate our skin type. Here’s the schedule:

*Our skin also needs step to step care just like our body to maximize absorption and nutrition.

After we cleanse our face, and enjoy Laneige mask

4 steps: Refiner, Emulsion, Essence, Cream

After skincare, we tried the cosmetic, Vonvon had volunteered as their makeup model.

4 steps: Make up primer, make up base, liquid foundation and foundation powder

We do try their blusher, lip gloss and make up mist too~

I jz found out I like their makeup mist! It very nice~

Then made me more determined to get the RM55 makeup mist value buy set!

Haha~

Then I asked the SA who helps in this workshop,

Whether their counter still got this set or not

Luckily, LEFT THE LAST SET~~~
