ME in the Laneige 'Power for 4' Workshop

After I went to this workshop, I found out that….

* For all or mostly skincare product, water or aqua will be the very main ingredient!

Water/aqua takes 70% in a skincare product.

That’s why mostly brand they are using the great water which they research and found from other countries.

Examples:

Shu Uemura – deepsea water

Laneige – Himalaya Water

Avene - Thermal Water

* For Laneige product,

- They got 2 types for different types of skin:

Oily skin will get the gel type refiner and moisturizer which light a bit.

Dry/ normal skin will get the refiner or moisturizer which creamy or rich a bit.

-          Refiner = lotion or toner we use.

-          Emulsion used for balancing and optimized moisture care.

-          Essence = serum or concentration we using, protect our skin.

-          Cream = moisturizer, lock in moisture.

* Laneige workshop so sweet, they ready the power point prints out, pencil and file for every attendant. It’s easier if /when we wanna do some notes.

It helps a lot and easier for me to memorize abt wat speaker had told.

Nice speaker, Penny was have very good smile and answered everyone’s question very well.

She teaches abt how to differentiate our skin type. Here’s the schedule:

*Our skin also needs step to step care just like our body to maximize absorption and nutrition.

After we cleanse our face, and enjoy Laneige mask

After skincare, we tried the cosmetic, Vonvon had volunteered as their makeup model.

4 steps: Make up primer, make up base, liquid foundation and foundation powder

We do try their blusher, lip gloss and make up mist too~

I jz found out I like their makeup mist! It very nice~

Then made me more determined to get the RM55 makeup mist value buy set!

Haha~

Then I asked the SA who helps in this workshop,

My Review on Perfect Renew Kit

The Perfect Renew Eye cream, which is designed with day and night solutions, is a great product which is carefully suited for facial tissues around the eyes, which is more delicate compared to other parts of the face. The fact that it comes with SPF, which gives those tissues extra protection, doesn't make it thicker as expected, and it gives no feeling of extra weight around the eyes, and what more, no more worries for the so called "wrinkles fine lines" scarred by UV rays! Besides, the night solution moisturises the skin gently, and providing extra comfort to the skin with it's watery, creamy texture.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!!

Skin Refiner, the toner well distinguished from it's counterparts, gives a cooling and soft feeling to the skin, doing so by its thicker solution, which when applied to the face, secures the feeling of proper hydration all over the face.

The smooth texture of the Emulsion product, is not at all oily, moreover it gives the feeling of extra layer of moisture on the face, not excluding it's function of creating a suitable base for the next step, the Essence to be applied at ease. And for that next step, even a little bit of the Essence Gel will suffice for the consecutive refreshing feeling.

Finally, the use of cream, a smooth and watery combination, anchors all the other applications firmly to the skin, without the much disliked oiliness and stickiness. Even when water is rinse through the face, unlike other skin-care products, there is absolutely no feeling of oiliness, and it doesn't feel stretched.

Laneige Sales

           27 October 2009, Laneige sale held in Parkson Pavilion. The sales is up to 70%, however i was a student, got limited budject. So SAD~~ But nevermind, there will be more sales coming every year i think^^

The sales start at 10am and I reached thr around 12pm, but many cosmetic ady sold out, i didn't even see the sunblock i plan to get.
      

        Another unexpected Laneige sale held in Jusco Mid valley........omg~ ady spent a lot at the last sales~ However, this Laneige sale didn't got tat much stock as Parkson Pavilion. Felt like the left stuff after the Pavilion Sale, but it do have many eye shadow colour as we can found at the first day sale in Pavilion, make up base and their dual shimmer base,liquid foundation,eye liner, mascara and skincare. I got my make up base and their dual shimmer base here since i can't get it at Pavilion. The dual shimmer base is nice, next time i'll write about it.
